Course aim:
To provide participants with the skills to be able to administer
appropriate first aid.
Course Objectives
After this Occupational First Aid course participants should be
able to:
- To
increase the awareness of possible accidents
- To
identify an accident that requires first aid treatment
- To
apply first aid techniques
- Use
an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- To
optimise performance and health in the workplace

Course Certification:
On completion of the course, attendees' knowledge and skills
will be assessed. If successful,
attendees will receive FAR Certificate approved by the HSA, PHECC and TUSLA. Valid for 2 years
